These Terms govern your use of the Cineladder app (the “App”), provided by Ganda Tech Services Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Your account

You can play as a guest. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time (see our Delete Account & Data page).

3. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or interfere with the leagues or other players.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App or our servers.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

4. Content & intellectual property

The App, its design, and its original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Film titles, names and related facts referenced in quizzes are used for informational and educational purposes and remain the property of their respective owners. Cineladder is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with any film studio, production house or rights holder.

5. Trivia accuracy

Quiz content is drawn from publicly available data and is provided “as is”. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that every fact is error-free. You can report an error from within the App.

6. The service is provided “as is”

The App is provided free of charge, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
