Delete your account & data

You can delete your Cineladder account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Cineladder.
Go to Settings (the menu / account screen).
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and associated data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@games-n-apps.com from the address linked to your Google sign-in, with the subject “Delete my Cineladder account”. We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What is deleted

Your display name and the Google account identifier linked to your account.
Your streak, XP, league standings and other account-linked progress.

What may be retained

Aggregated or anonymised analytics that can no longer identify you.
Records we are required to keep by law, retained only for as long as legally required.

If you played only as a guest (never signed in), we hold no account for you to delete — your progress lives only on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it.
